So I got a comment on this post the other day:

(scroll down to the bottom). In that, the commenter used my name as his own. At first I thought maybe this was a joke, or spam. So I went ahead and responded via email to him and just said “Is your name also Morgan Foster?” He responded back and said yes in fact it was. He mentioned that his full name is Morgan T Foster, to which I said “no way, my full name is Morgan Todd Foster.” And the most unbelievable part is that’s his middle name too. So not only is there another Morgan Foster out there, but there’s another Morgan Todd Foster. And I know now that he reads (or at least read once) this website, so he can feel free to comment on his own behalf (feel free to say hi to everyone, Morgan).
It’s both the strangest and coolest thing I think I’ve ever had happen in my life. I’ve had a great conversation with him, and I hope to keep up with him (he’s got to be a cool guy, his name is Morgan Todd Foster!). I’m incredibly interested as to what the differences and similarities in our lives have been and will be. How many people have had a conversation with someone who has the exact same name (full name, not just first and last)? I don’t know, but I’m one of them now.
Talk about a crazy world.
